This 27-storey development in the heart of Battersea is located alongside the iconic River Thames and surrounded by beautifully landscaped residential gardens. This luxury residential building comprising of 1, 2 & 3-bedroom apartments required a collection of show flats for specific units selected for the build-to-rent market. Fast turn-around furniture packages were custom designed and installed, making each apartment unique yet contemporary in style considering the most effective use of both space and cost.
This new development required a show apartment to boast its high-spec finishes and entice potential buyers. Our solution transformed the white, characterless space into an inviting home of warm tones, textured finishes, and patterned details creating a calm oasis to sit back and relax with spectacular views overlooking the river.

Coda Residential Lobby Space
We all know the importance of first impressions, so designing a lobby space to feel welcoming and reflect the brand is paramount. This lobby in London was divided into multiple zones; concierge desk, waiting area, residents’ lounge, workspace, meeting room, and gym. These zones needed to tie together with a fluid style yet also feel like separate areas. This was accomplished using consistently styled furniture but regularly altering the colours and textures.
